How does payment work?
A 50% deposit to start, with the remaining 50% due at launch. Payment is by bank transfer.
How long does a project actually take?
A landing page is usually around a week; a full multi-page site is closer to 2–3 weeks, depending on how ready your content and copy are when we start.
What happens after my site launches?
If you're on the hosting & maintenance plan, I keep it running, updated, and monitored. If not, you get the handoff and can host it yourself — either way, I'm reachable on WhatsApp if something needs fixing.
Do sites work in Arabic and French, not just English?
Yes — this is a real thing I do, but the exact scope (full RTL Arabic layout vs. French-only bilingual) depends on the project and should be discussed upfront rather than assumed.
How does the AI automation service actually work, at a high level?
It starts with looking at a specific repetitive task in your business (bookings, follow-up messages, common customer questions) and building a workflow or chat automation around that specific task — not a generic one-size-fits-all bot.
Do I need to know anything technical to work with you?
No. Everything happens over a normal conversation on WhatsApp — no technical jargon required on your end.
Will there be hidden costs beyond the "Starting at" price?
The "Starting at" figure on the pricing page reflects the typical scope for that item. If your project needs more than that (extra pages, a custom feature, a rushed timeline), that gets quoted and agreed with you before any extra work starts — never added after the fact.
Do I own the website and code once it's finished?
Yes — once your project is paid in full, the website and code are yours.
Can you redesign or fix up my existing website instead of building a new one?
Yes — a redesign, adding a feature, or fixing something that's broken on an existing site is all normal work, not just new builds from scratch.
What if I need to cancel a project partway through?
If you need to cancel partway through, you only pay for the work already completed — nothing beyond that.
Can I get help if something breaks, even without an ongoing maintenance plan?
Yes — one-off support is available even without an active maintenance plan. Message me on WhatsApp and I'll quote the fix.
Do you work with businesses outside Morocco?
Mainly local Moroccan businesses, but remote work with clients elsewhere is likely fine too — message me to check it's a good fit before assuming either way.
